**5-YEAR Scorpion Rifle WARRANTY**
The Scorpion Rifle comes with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects related to materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Should you encounter any such defects during this period, Scorpion Rifle Systems will rectify the issue either by repairing or replacing the affected part/model, as per our discretion. Please note that standard wear and tear, damages arising from unintended or excessive use, or issues due to negligence are not classified as defects and thus, are not covered under this warranty.
**30-DAY RETURN POLICY (EXCLUDING RIFLES)**
For non-rifle items, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, unaltered, and retain their original packaging along with all associated manuals, instructions, and accessories. If you believe an item is defective, please return it with a detailed explanation of the defect. We will verify the issue upon receipt. However, due to safety and regulatory constraints, we cannot accept returns for ammunition.
**RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES:**

2. Upon receiving your RMA:
– Remove all accessories from the case (e.g., Slings, sun shades, ammunition, etc).
– Secure your hard case appropriately for shipping.
– IMPORTANT: Do not ship ammunition in the same case as your rifle.
